Welcoming All Home
Gilford United Church, founded in 1864 as a small rural Methodist church, joined the United Church of Canada in 1925. This close-knit community brings together descendants of original families and newcomers for worship and cherished traditions, like our summer country barbeques, where over 200 people enjoy the finest homemade pies!
Churchill United Church, a beacon on the hill since its Presbyterian cornerstone was laid in 1888, became part of the United Church in 1925. Known for its stunning stained glass and vibrant sanctuary, Churchill hosts baptisms, weddings, and biannual concerts, welcoming all to our warm, family-friendly fellowship.
